Hi Tony,

THANK you so much, for the support provided by Karen Brasier.
  She delivered excellent training, over the two days, which would have been great if I even one pearl of wisdom had been passed on.
  Instead of a pearl of wisdom I have a pearl necklace, as do all that attended the training. Her delivery was humorous and intuitive, and whilst identifying numerous failings for all, she still managed to inspire confidence.
